Ejector pump waste backing up

Recently when my ejector pump kicks on, waste water seems to not all go to septic tank. Some of the water backs up in kithen drain upstairs. We had our septic tank pumped out two months ago thinking that was the problem. At that time they said it really wasn't full. It doesn't happen all the time but I,m starting to wonder if something is wrong with the septic field. Is it possible that there is a blockage where the pipe from ejector pump meets the main pipe to septic tank? The upstairs bathroom and sinks all flush and drain properly. The ejector pump handles a downstairs bathroom and washing machine. If you can offer suggestions and possible solutions they would be greatly appreciated. If you have diagram of piping from ejector to main pipe this would help also.

I would say you have a blockage between the ejector pump and the septic tank. that probably needs snaked out.
