new basement shower

I am adding a shower to my basement bath and I have a question regarding installation of a drain for the shower. I have a stub out from the toilet drain already in the floor that is capped. Can I tap into this for the shower drain or will I have backup problems to the toilet. If I can't use this where would be the proper place to install the drain to.

What size is this stub? Is it 2"?

This is the size for the shower drain, do you know if this line is vented already?

The position of this pipe, is it where a shower pan might be located at?
