Plumbing problem

Have purchased new Combination Bath/Shower Tap (Faucet as in US) but have problem with Low water pressure when fitted. When Tap is not on the pressure is fine! Is there any way of adjusting tap to increase pressure

Cool

Ron,
I don't speak Scottish too well (LOL), but I think that she means that the water pressure is fine from the pipes until they install the faucet itself.
Then the faucet restricts the water flow.
Must need some kind of adjustment?

Is the pressure bad at just the new faucet or is this in all the house now?

thanks for your questions the pressure in the rest of the house is fine It is just the new faucet itself that seems to be causing the problem
