Toilet Doesn't flush properly
I have a toilet that the handle has to be held down to continue the flush. I've tried every adjustment to correct the problem. Any hints on solving the problem would be appreciated since the kids can't remember to hold the handle down.

Have you tried shortening the chain between the flush handle lever and the flapper valve? It only needs just a very little slack in it to make sure it closes all the way; too much slack and you can't get enough lift of the flapper for self-sustaining flush.
