removing a toilet

WE HAVE A TOILET IN OUR BASEMENT THAT WORKS. IT IS LEAKING OUT OF THE BOTTEM ONTO THE FLOOR. WE WANT TO REMOVE THE TOILET AND PUT A NEW ONE IN. IT IS VERY OLD. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE PEOPLE THAT LIVED HERE BEFORE US CEMENTED IT INTO THE FLOOR. WHAT WOULD BE THE EASIEST AND FASTED WAY TO REMOVE THIS. THANKS

If you're not going to re-use the old toilet simply break the base and remove it. Then remove the pieces still cemented to the floor.
