Smile Toilet Flapper

Appreciate some assistance.

Every time the toilet is flushed, the flapper stays in the up position.

How can this problem be fixed?

Thanks for the help.

Cool

Shorten the chain to where it just allows the flapper to seat fully.
If that doesn't do it, replace the flapper.
Good lucK!

Too much flow rate enetering the toilet tank can cause the flapper to stay afloat, try turning the shutoff down abit, see it that solves it.

Thanks for the replies.

Tried the suggestions, but the flapper continues to remain stuck in the open position. Have to tap on the toilet flush handle a couple of times to get the flapper to go down.

Any other suggestions, or is it time to do a replacement?

If replaced, how do you remove the flapper?
