Your video shows some pond equipment and what looks like a pond.
What are you asking?

The video is too close in to really show the whole setup.
Describe in deal what you would like to know.

It looks like your pump should sit in the water and the UV treatment unit needs to be mounted or placed so that the water runs in to the pond.

Instead of videos.... take a few large pictures of your pond setup from a little ways back so we can see the entire pond and the area around it.

I don't know if they talk about the outdoor electric supply but you need to have your equipment plugged into a ground fault receptacle to prevent any injuries should your equipment short out.

Videos are useless for me. If you could post a description of what you have and equipment you are using would help. So far you've mentioned the UV sterilizer and pump. What filtration do you have? How many gallons is your pond? Will you have fish? If so what type and how many?

One of my neighbors holds a US patent on UV lighting clarifiers. They sell them for ponds, household drinking water, and even swimming pools, eliminating the need for chlorine to kill bacteria. It would be interesting to see your set up, as GregH says. Your videos probably clogged up your phone's memory. I may can glean more information from my neighbor once I see what you have.

UV sterilizers are cool. You have to use and maintain them properly though so like everything in life you don't get something for nothing. When I've visited ponds that are having trouble and have UV I usually find that they never change the bulb or clean it.

I see a Tetra 325 pond pump.
Water Garden Pumps | Tetra Aquarium

I see a Tetra pond "Green Free" UVC 9 watt ultraviolet purifer
UV Clarifiers How To Get Rid Of Pond Algae | Tetra Aquarium

I see a lots of clear plastic tubing.
I also see an inexpensive indoor power strip.

In your hand you are holding a black fitting that screws into the pump. The input side of the pump goes to the filter which sits in the water. The output side of the filter goes to the UV unit.

Tetra has a lot of info on their site.

There is no video at that link.

What is clogging the pump ?
You may have to make a larger basket out of hardware cloth that the filter can sit in. It will keep the larger items from clogging the filter.

Just a picture to show you what hardware cloth looks like.
