Garden Fountain Plumbing

Hi,
I'm getting ready to set up a cement 3 tier wall fountain, but am at a loss as to how to install the water lines. You'll note on the attached image that the pass-thrus for the fountain are within the bowls, under what would be the waterline.

Should I install some sort of water spout? Or a stopper with a hole for a hose? Not sure what would be the best practice. Any suggestions?

Those two pipes are to allow the water to flow from the center bowl to the bottom. You put a pump in the bottom bowl and pump the water up to the center of the top piece. It should have a hole to allow water to flow down the wall to the center bowl I think. Maybe not ..If not then a pump at the bottom with hose ran through the pipe up to the center would be used. Then the water spills over the center and back into the bottom.
Probably need to see the back of this setup to see for sure where the water is intended to exit the fountain.
Is it one piece or 3 piece? Are there pipes on the back?

Right, so I should have included a pic of the entire fountain. That original pic only shows the top part. The fountain itself has a big lower basin, in which the pump will go. That lower basin has two pass-thrus, and and then there's the upper part of the fountain that has the two smaller bowls, each with their own pass-thru. Here are some more images to show that.

My main question is what kind of plumbing to use in those pass-thrus? Some sort of spout? A rubber stopper with a hose? I'm just not sure how to seal it considering the pass thru seems to be within the water.

Rear of the top part

Front of the top part

Entire fountain including lower basin

You can use 1/2" polyvinyl clear hose for all your connections.
Here's a kit of connectors with valves.... water kit

Typically you would send the water up to just A. It would spill into B and then the base.
You could also send water up to both A and B. If you do that you'll need to be able to vary the flow of water to each location. It can be as simple as pinching/squeezing the hose.

My grandfather and I built a similar fountain in the back yard. I cemented short copper 1/2" pipes in place and then slipped the clear hose over the copper.

A two part epoxy would work well as a seal.

Thank you. Something like this was what I was thinking to seal the opening around the hose. Perhaps hydraulic cement?

Maybe you could glue an inside coupler into the 3 pipes then adapt it to valves or barbs depending on what you want. Say hole A gets a valve and barb to fit 1/2 inch hose. Then B get a valve only. then C gets a barb or whatever it needs for the suction of the pump.
