chlorinator trouble

I think the feeder lines to and from my chlorinator are getting worn or something.I've had the lines for I guess 12-13 yrs.and it seems I'm "losing prime"in my pump housing because of pinholes/cracks in these lines..This concerns me because our pump is on a timer and if that thing kicks on and there is no water in the pump housing(lost the prime),that pump could run for hours without water going threw it..Is it simple to change these feeder lines to and from the chlorinator
