What's best device for blowing lines in winter?

Hi all.
I've been told a standard air compressor blows "through" the water, not displacing it well. I'm considering buying a high volume blower (kind pool companies use). Any suggestions?

If you are just trying to winterize, then a compressor is fine. All you are trying to do is gen enough water out so the lines don't compltely freeze and bust them. If you use air, then add RV antifreeze you should be fien. I have also use a shop vac to suck out the water and find that this works better than pushing the water through with air.
