Straightening a 4x4 post

I'm building an arbor type "roof" over a spa. I sunk 4x4 pressure treated post in concrete but before I could begin building the top one of the 10 foot 4x4's bent to the outside. The bend begins gradually at about the 3 foot mark then severly at about 7 feet. My question is can I straighten the post simply using the tension of the 2x8 support joists (8x10 outside dimensions) without pulling the entire structure off center. Or, do I need to extract the post and re-sink a new one (not my first choice). Any suggestions or advice will be helpful.

Wink

Id say put a new one in. If not how would it look if you put some saw cuts in it.Got it upright again and add a 1X4 on each side and a1X6 on the other two sides??? That make it look like a 6X6
