No suction to heater

I have a Weslo Daybreak 408.
Manual
http://www.iconservice.com/cgi-bin/n...43082&m=1&lan=

No water is being sucked to the heater.
I press the start button and the jets come on and work great,They run for about 20 min then shut off, then the automatic mode will begin filtering or
heating the water, as needed. But like I said,no water is sucked out.
I pulled the drain cap to see if it was clog but water flowed out freely.
I did replace Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI), located at the end of the
power cord,Just to make sure that was working properly. Ok now what should I do..

Hi, It would appear that we have simular hottubs. thanks for the website!

When mine was working ( see my thread), the pump turns on whenever the heater is on ( and the temp is below the set value). Are you saying the heater turns on without the pump? Does the water not get warm?
