No jets

Aruba Model 1060 from Costco
5 to 7 yrs old
Spa Builders Control Box LX10
Pump - 2 h.p
Heater - 5.5
LED is flashing temperature of 36.5 and it is flashing -0.3????

I had a small leak on my out take tap, so I shut off both valves and took out the pipe between the pump and the heater (control box). I turned off the power before starting this and replaced the tap and put everything back together and I fixed the leak.

But now, I don't get any pressure from my pump (i.e. no jets working). The motor starts and I hit the pump switch and the motor speeds up but still no jets.
I have both valves open and I can get water flowing out of the tap.

I then took the pipe back off and watched to make sure the pump was spinning out the water which it was, but still no pressure.

Other things I've checked:
- checked fuse in control box with meter and it shows a short
- checked water is in both intake and outtake valves and it was
- motor is clicking on and off and it was
- pump is spinning low and high speed which it is.

Still no jets.
I appreciate your response as I am missing my spa immensely!!!

Thank you

Regards,

Kevin Aseltine

is your inlet and return valves open ? if they are the slide type , they are known to close and then the handle is raised in the open position , yet the slide stays closed .

Same Problem!!

I'm having the exact same problem and can't seam to get it resolved. I have made some progress though. The -3 error code means a flow problem or pressure switch problem. I replaced the pressure switch, control board, and heating element and still have the same problem. I moved the J1-1 jumber and the started getting a correct reading on the controler. The temperature started showing correctly. Nonetheless, after just a few minutes of running the error code returns and shuts down my heater & pump. It then begins to cycle on and off. Please help!!
