I'm new to hot tubs...whats a reliable brand?

My wife and I are thinking of having a deck built, and we're condisering a hot tub for it. Any suggestions from real world experiences? Any help would be appreciated, as they are EXPENSIVE!!

thanks,

Chris

Chris,

Since your main project is to construct a new deck, whether you purchase a spa or not for it, Plan Ahead !! The number one item is to make sure it will be built to support the added weight of a filled spa and bathers.

With so many makers of stand alone self contained spa's, it can be a tough choice. But if you are willing to spend your hard earned money, doing some homework first is a step in the right direction.

Sorry but I can't be brand specific as I don't generally work on them unless it is for a friend or family member. They are usually all very similar in features and quality in each price range. Something so small as picking up literature for all of them, you will quickly discover one point. They ALL say they are the best!!! Personally, the only thing that matters to me is the Manufactures Warranty & how they stand behind it and how serviceable the product is.

Good luck in your search.
