Hayward Turbo Flo SP20751 pump seal problem

In trying to replace the seals on my pump (mucho leaking), I must have put the seals back in correctly. When the pump attempts to start up, it just humms. The impeller is very hard to turn also. Does anyone have a close up diagram for the seals or would anyone be able to lend some advice on putting the seals in correctly?

Thanks in advace!

The seal needs to be installed so that both of the smooth ceramic faces come together when the impeller is installed on the shaft. Double check to be sure that all of the old seal that was on the impeller was removed. Sometimes a small rubber ring will stay on the impeller and if you don't take it off, the new seal will end up being too tight. Hope this helps.
