polymer wall buckling toward concrete

I need a liner but more importantly is a problem with polymer wall. Two or more panels are cracked and convex towards concrete deck, buckling outwards if standing in the pool. Water is drained at this point. I was thinking of removing concrete (3' feet by 50', digging dirt away, so professional can replace polymer wall and concrete after. Water table is high, I think, in my area of NC. Soil is clearly eroded. Most of the walls are ok. Should I even bother trying to save money by doing excavation myself, or is this pool lost to bad design? It is 10 years since I moved here; the pool is probably 15 years old. Thanks for reading. Regards, Tony
