What should I remember for a future pool?

Hello. We are planning on laying some concrete and doing some other backyard work. In a couple of years we would like to add a pool. Having said that, what do we need to do now, before any work is done to save us having to tear up concrete later. Is there a list of what items we need to do now that cannot be done later? Thanks

You might want to go ahead and get a consultation with a couple pool installers and discuss your landscaping plans. In doing so, they will be able to tell you what will be involved in running pipes and drains and installing pool deck. You will also need to consider fence placement. With all this info, you can then make a decision about what you can and can not do at this stage so that you do not have to tear out and redo areas.
