Removing an above ground pool

We have to take down our above ground pool, along with our deck as we are severing a lot off our property. In that it is winter, can anyone tell me how to take down a pool that has approx. 1ft. of frozen water in it? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Lisa

Are you trying to save the liner and pool? If NOT then just drain water as much as possible and cut liner away from ice. If saving the liner I would get a couple of large stock tank heaters from your local animal feed dealer and put them both towards middle of pool. They should melt ice in a couple days.
