does anyone know a good one to get and where to get it. do they install it for me and how much should i expect to pay, ilive in ny

local pool & spa stores are a good place to start, cost is dependant on what you want (features) number of jets, radio, tv, ect... Be sure to buy one that is well insulated living in NY.

Hot Spring Spa , they are completely filled with polyurethane foam insuation and have a very thick insulating cover, look in phone book & or check on the web. pricing I have no idea as im in Calif.
