teledyne laars series 2 esg 400 wont fire

i filally got pilot to light. puts out 350mv then i by passed redundant,hilimit,and thermostst but still wont fire. help me. thanks

needs about 500mv to fire, either pilot light needs cleaning or new pilot generator possibly needed.

thanks fixed it

thanks for the info i was told to replace the pilot generator only if it was 250mv or lower. replaced it and works great.

My laars lite 2 had a similar problem. After reading you all I could not tell what was wrong. So this morning I decided to try again at getting my heater to work. The first thing I did was to bypass the on/off switch and guess what the burner came on. My problem was the on/off switch, one terminal was loose and did not make contact so the unit was never on.
