You should not have to 'reset' it, and there is no true reset in so many words. Why do you think you need to do that? What is it doing? How did it get that way? What is the chemical history of the water?

There is one thing you can do....

Recalibrate the system by starting with the switch in the auto position, press the diagnostic button until the instant salinity is displayed, then cycle the switch from Auto to Super Chlorinate and back to Auto.

If this fails, and your water chemistry is in a balanced condition, and your cell is clean, then your cell is likely bad.

Letting the salt get extremely high will destroy the cell. Hopefully this has not happened to you. But if you suspect it then you should consider it.

If your instant salinity reading constantly falls to 0 after a short time in operation then suspect the cell.

There is a whole program that needs to run to reset it.
Call goldline support and they will walk you through it.
You will need a pen or a paper clip to activate the reset button.
