Non-Standard Skimmer Size Question

I have an older above ground pool (It came with the house so I have no idea which brand). The skimmer is not the standard size. I always have issues finding gaskets for it - they do make them, but this season I couldn't find any and had to buy gasket material and cut it to size. Now it has developed a small crack on the side and is leaking. Duct tape is stemming the water loss right now but I need to replace. The easiest way would be to replace it with an exact match - I need advice on where I might find this? Or, I assume I could go to a standard size and cut the hole bigger - might be too much for me but I could get someone in to do it.

The winterizing plate is 9 3/4 x 7 1/2. From screw to screw across the top it is 9 1/8 x 6 7/8.

Anyone have any advice on where I might find a replacement? Thanks.
