Indoor Sauna

Hey all, new to this forum. I'm thinking of building a sauna inside my house, (probably in my unfinished basement) and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this. My ideal would be to seat 2 comfortably, reach at least 180 F and use a wet/dry electric heater. I was wondering what is a good size (thinking about 5x7x6 (I'm about 5'10), what are your thoughts on different heater brands, thoughts on ventilation, materials to use (is cedar necessary or is another soft wood fine), framing (16" oc or 24" oc) etc.

Any advice would be great. Thanks!!!
