MiniMax 100 DSI Won't Fire

I have a new MiniMax 100 DSI (week old). It fired the first time I used it and ran for 2 hours, won't fire up again. Checked all electronic connections and gas. Heater just "clicks" when you try to fire. This is the Direct Spark Ignition and doesn't seem to be much to troubleshoot? Just hoping someone sees this that may have had a similiar issue?

Filter is probably dirty and circulation is not enough.

I wish it was that simple, new filter, actually new pump, stronger than old one. Had the same heater but millivolt for 7 years until it finally died (millivolt worked on this new pump end of last summer), thought i would make life easier on myself getting the DSI model this time.... so much for easy. Thanks for the reply any other thougths?
