I have a Laars Lite 2 gas heater for my pool, model #LG-125N, the pilot light is lit, but the main burner will not fire. Can you please help me? Thanks.

test your pilot generator to see what your millivolts are.

Red face Laars Lite 2-Natural Gas Heater Burner won't ignite

Checked the pilot generator milivolt reading - and we didn't get a reading. What should the reading be?

If pilot is lit you would have to be getting some mv's to keep pilot lit only needs 100 or so but to open gas valve needs min 400

Wink Laars Lite 2-Natural Gas Heater Burner won't ignite

Okay - we are getting a reading of 120 and the pilot is lit but the pilot generator is not lighting the burner. We'll have to order one tomorrow. I'll let you know how I make out. Thanks for your help.
