New home - frozen all winter and now a crack found. Repair advice

Hello all,
We moved into a home in Jan and the previous owner shut down the power and let the tub freeze. It thawed and did not lose any water level (good news). Now we've drained it and there's a crack in the butt groove of one of the recliners. The area isn't accessible from the bottom (foam covered tub) and more importantly that hole still holds water. It's as if someone dropped something right there and there's a cavity between two layers for water to flow.

So... what can I use to repair it? I'm ok if it won't match as long as it's near permanent. The spa is a Coleman and that's about all of the details I have on it. I've attached a pic of the crack and the spa.

I sincerely appreciate any advice and input.
