laars lite 2 lg125n burners won't light

New here, and am asking for help. I've searched the other threads and have found some help, but still stuck. Replaced the pilot generator, pressure switch, and the toggle on/off switch. Have about 530mv from the pilot generator to the gas valve. Have bypassed the safety switches and it still won't light the burners. Pilot light stays lit. Any possible ideas on what could be wrong? Called the manufacturer and he said the gas valves almost never go bad. Thanks for any advice.

530 millivolts would be really borderline in opening the main valve, should be upwards of 750 millivolts. Try cleaning the pilot burner and orifice.

Thanks Furd. Pilot burner and orifice was new with the pilot generator, also flame looks really good. Guy from Jandy said 530 should be good?

530 millivolts is only 70% of the rated 750 millivolts. Remove all the wire connections and scrape them clean before reconnecting. You need every single millivolt you can get. You might also try jumpering all the control and safety switches one at a time to test for high resistance in the contacts.

Is that 520mv reading with the pilot generator attached to the gas valve? Or completely removed?
