Trouble shooting Teledyne Laars Series One

I've used this forum to do some diagnostics but still can not come up with what the resolution is. I've got a Teledyne Laars Series One gas heater for the pool. It is not electric.
At the end of the season last year I shut it down, drained the water and disconnected the tubing to the pressure switch. Now that "spring" is here, I'm starting it back up, but have run into issues.
The issue:
I'm able to light the pilot ok and it continues to burn but the furnace will not light up.
Things I've done:
- Turned the On switch.....on!
- Turned up the thermostat
- Checked the pressure switch for continuity. (open when the pump is off and closed when the pump is on)
- By-passed the pressure switch just for added confirmation
- Tested the on/off switch
- Tested the Thermostat
- By-passed the on/off switch and Thermostat.
- Tested the thermo-pile/thermocoupler. I get a reading of 605 mA
I'm not sure what other tests I can do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Tim.

did you test high limits and the fusible link(roll out)? Did you check mv between TP &TH terminals on gas valve?

On the gas valve, did you turn it from pilot to ON? If so, put a jumper wire between the TH & TP terminals on the valve. If it lights then there is something amiss in the safety circuit
