Broken connector - heat exchanger

I have this broken connector on the heat exchanger in my Cal Spas Aqua 92. Can this part be replaced by itself? Does anyone know where to get it, and what specifically to ask for?

They ,make a replacement that comes in two halves (search google for "hot tub split union nut"). There's 2-4 different sizes, and you might need to order a couple to figure out the correct one.

I'm going to order the part, but I'm confused about the sizing. I measured the circumference of the white pipe and the stainless tube. The stainless side is 2.36" outside diameter, and the PVC side with the gate valve is 2.82" outside diameter. Does that mean I need a 2" split nut? The sizes seem all over the place at Amazon: Link

Pipe size is determined from the inside diameter, of the actual pipe. Measuring the outside of the pipe is larger, and the outside of a fitting, even LARGER. I believe what you have is considered 2".

There's a couple of different thread sizes of the union nut, and there's also a couple sizes of the "back end" hole, that slides over the flange on the SS heater housing. If it were me, I'd find a good local spa shop, cut off the union nut you have, and take it to them to see if they can match it up with something in stock.....though, the 2nd or 3rd item in your link is probably the right one.

does anyone know how to fix a broken jet and a possible crack in the acrylic shell? I picked up a Super Hot Tub recently and dropped a giant great big lump of metal on it (wont bore you with the details). im not sure if its my hot tubs shell (maybe i should have purchased a hot springs!), but the metal seems to have done some real harm. can epoxy fix a hot tub leak? is it safe?
does chlorine kill epoxy resin?
will the epoxy dissolve in water and poison people?
the tub is loosing 10cm of water an hour! help!!!! its a Tahiti tub if you need the specs and jet count, wattage, shell and things.
has anyone patched up hot tubs in this way before?

You should post in a new thread. You replied to my thread about the broken connector on the heat exchanger.
