Inground Pool Pump Motor whines and leaks

i have a 13000 gallon in-ground pool and the pump has started whining loudly and leaking water. From researching, I'm guessing the bearings are out and the shaft seal is leaking. The pump was installed in 2009 as a warrranty replacement for the original one installed in 2008. How do I tell what motor to replace it with? And, do my conclusions sound right?
Here's the info from the pool pump label (what I can see of it):
Hayward Pool Products SELF PRIMING
Emerson 1.25 THP; 1.0 MRHP/1.25 SF
SP3207Z1MR
MODEL K63CXFEL-4992
RPM 3450
VOLTS 230/115
SF AMPS 7.0/14.0 PH1 DUTY CONT
MFG# ME08 C FRAM 56Y INS CLASS B
TERMALLY PROTECTED AUTO CODE H AMBc 50
1081 pool pump duty

Pool Motors

That's one site that offers replacement motors. Their contact # & chat link are in the upper right corner. I never dealt with them so it's not a recommendation.

Thanks. I called them, and they helped me figure out that the label information I provided above was for my sheer descent motor, instead of my pool pump motor. What can I say, I was tired when I looked. Anyway, here's the correct info as an fyi...
A.O. Smith
SP3215Z2ME
PART 7-K56AA24A04-05 SERIAL (xxx) FR Y56Y TYPE CXCP
HP 2.0/.25 SF1.20 CODE G RPM 3450/1725
VOLTS 208-230 HZ 60 INSUL CLASS F PH 1 ENCL ODP
AMPS SF 10.7-1.7 AMB 60C TIME CONT FORM KJM

another label says: Power???, Total HP = 2.40, A.O. Smith
