Inground pool electrical cost.

Live in MA, putting in a 18x36 inground. I need an electrician to hook up the wiring and bonding along with a 100 amp sub panel. I got a quote of $4100. I thought this was a little steep. I was thinking maybe like $2000. The sub panel would come out of tge house and mount outside on the house and pump an filter about a 50 ft run behind the shed. 1 outlet and light added to the shed to powet it up.
