No air coming out of jets in pool

I have a in ground pool and have 3 jets for a little jacuzzi and one of the jets is blowing air and the two don't.Now when i blow on the air pipe all three jets have air coming out and soon i stop. It's back to the same one jet. This problem happening before and i plug the three jets up and old leave came out the air pipe. This time nothing. I use the water hose on the air pipe and i get the 3 jets shooting air bubbles like it should. Need help I need my bubbles!!!!!

the jets will probably need to be replaced. They use the water in a venturi action to suck the air in thru the jet. if there isn't enough water, or the jet is somehow broke it will not pull the air thru.

Shopping for a new spa

My husband and I are shopping for a spa for our outdoor deck(we live in Florida). Anyone out there have any advice on what to look for? How about what to look for in pumps, repairs, etc.? Thanks

Last year when I opened my inground pool, the water stayed extremely cloudy and grey despite shocking, algaecide and flocking. I was told to flock the pool over and over again with no results. I cannot remember what I finaly did to clean up the water. Also, this year my water is green. I shocked the pool last night, water is now very cloudy and a greyish color. This A.M. I put in Algaecide and will clean the pool soon. However, my alkalinity is very high and I cannot get a free chlorine reading. Free chlorine is non-existant. How do I bring Alkalinity level down, how do I bring free chlorine up? Last year no matter how much chlorine I put in pool, could not get a free chlorine reading.
