Inground Pump Suggestion

I have a 12,000 ggallon pool with an integrated small, 2 person hot tub. The pool is 15x30. The present pump is a sta-Rite, 1991 model with a motor that is 4 years old. The pump housing, fiberglass to fiberglass, at the large oring is dripping. I replaced the shaft seal and the two other orings, still leaking.
It is a 1 1/2 HP motor. I see all the new electronic pumps and a vast array of single and two speed pumps.
We are in south Florida and run the pool 365 days a year.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a new pump and motor assembly?

I'm a Hayward man. The two speed pumps can be a real energy saver.

I'm familiar with the single and two speed Superpumps but I haven't worked with any variable speed pumps yet.
