I left a link below. See if that's your manual.

I was looking at pump control. It says with every press of the pump button..... the pumps change and it shows the pump and its speed on the display. Is the display changing ?

that is my manual. i was able to access the tech menu going thru the k600 top control panel which tells the speed current and phase angle of each of the pumps and accessories. as far as cycling the pumps on and off, pump #2 can't be turned on and off by the control panel. when it's plugged in to the spa pack, under the tub, it is on and stays on until unplugged. i did read somewhere about a relay possibly being stuck inside the spa pack that goes to this pump but i don't know how to trouble shoot that and i was contemplating opening it up to see it that may be the case. what is your opinion of doing this?

That's why I wanted to see what the display said.
Technically...... if the relay is stuck..... pump 2 should still engage with pump 1 running.
Does the display change from pump 1 to pump 2 on the display ?
If yes..... then it could be a relay or a transistor that drives the relay.

Post the model number or part number off the control board.

I was finally able to plug pump one into pump two's connection on the spa pack and it does the same thing, will not
shut off until unplugged. Does anyone know if the Aeware-in.xm spa pack is serviceable or does it have to be replaced?
