Dreammaker EZ Spa- blown seal

My hottub came unplugged briefly a couple of months ago, and some freezing seems to have occurred. It looks like a seal burst on a pipe next to the pump. How do I go about picking and buying a replacement seal? Is it easy to install myself? Are there other seals I need to check and replace?

The seal is on the silvery pipe at the top of the top picture. The seal is on the left, behind the black box. The second picture is a closeup of the black box.

Thank you so much for any help!

Welcome to the forums.

A model number or model name and year of manufacture would be helpful.
That unit in your picture is the heating element. The link below takes you to that item.
I don't see any gaskets/seals available separately.

Heater assembly
Another parts place

Thanks, it's helpful to know that the silver thing is the heating element!

It's a Dreammaker EZ Spa Plug & Play 4-5 Person Hot Tub. I bought it in October of 2013.

Here's how the seller describes it in the invoice: Dreammaker EZ Spa - GrayStone with Gray Brick - ES2-PU1-GB-FS
