Parallel shaft high torque AC gearmotor issue

The gearmotor will stop intermittently during the first 20 minutes of operation, then it runs fine for the rest of the day, but when i try to start it again after its been cooled down; it stops intermittently again. Once warmed back up, it runs fine. Anybody know whats going on? The temps at which its exposed to are average room temperature to start and will get up to 105 degrees when working.

Welcome to the forums.

This is the pool/spa forum. Does your unit have anything to do with these two ?
We'd need a better idea of what you have there.

Maybe a picture....How-to-insert-pictures.

Does the motor quit running meaning it's a motor or electrical issue or does the motor run but the output shaft stops turning indicating a gearbox problem?

The rocker switch flips( just replace this, but problem persists), the motor stops and so does the shaft.

Yes, with the minimal information you are providing we can't help much. You still haven't narrowed it down to a motor or gearbox problem.
