Question Spa Leak - Using "Fix A Leak" Question

2005 Coleman Spa with Jets 1 and 2 - each have a low and high speed.
My leak only occurs when Jet 1 is in the high mode.
Fix a Leak instructions says to add the product with the pumps running. Continue to recirculate water until leak has stopped.
My question is do I need to run Jet 1 on high for the product to seek out the leak?
Thanks. . . .

Interesting, as someone who tore into my spa 2 years ago to fix a minor leak I had never heard of this.

I suspect it's snake oil, like all those auto additives that fix oil and radiator leaks but why not!

I dont think the pump will need to be run on high, all it needs is to be circulated in the pipes where the leak occurs.

Make sure you let us know if it works!

I have never tried that product but I would be very hesitant. At the minimum I would turn the heater off. Use the product as directed. Then drain the spa and add clean water before turning the heater back on. If you have an ozone system I would plan on removing and cleaning or replacing the venturi as the wonder goo could clog it.

I looked at the web site but nothing indicates if this is some type of glue or something like the slime you put in bike tires that has fiber that clog the hole from a puncture?

"Wonder" products rarely do.
