Tiger River Spa stopped heating

I have a 2004 Sumatran Model N that stopped heating. Anyone have any experience working on these?

No, but you can do some basic troubleshooting. Use a multimeter and check voltage across all wires. You should get 120 volts between hot (2) and neutral and 240 volts between both hots. Then check the element to see if you read continuity or Ohms.

Chances are it's the heater. The few that I have replaced it was pretty clear once you open up the control box, lots of corrosion or even a small water leak at the electrodes.

You dont even need to check voltage, do a continuity from the heater electrode to the heater housing on both, any reading, it's toast!

I agree with marq1 that heater element is first place to check. They are easy to replace if you plan to DIY.
