Hot tub electrical

I am building a home addition, and we are putting a hot tub in. It takes a 220-20AMP and a 220-30AMP, and we have two conduits coming out of the addition to go into the ground to the tub.

My questions:
1. Can we run all 8 wires in one conduit?
2. Where do I bring the electrical up? Do I bring it up inside or outside the concrete pad? Do I bring it up inside or outside the access area?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'm not an electrician but I do know there are charts in the NEC (National Electrical Code) that show how many wires of what size can be ran in what sized conduit.
Probably ought to ask this in the electrical forum.
You also need to know the distance of the run as this will have an impact on wire size.
