Recipes with Reynolds Wrap
With all of the following recipes preheat the oven to 450 or a grill to medium-high and they all make 4 servings.
Parmesan Baked Fish Packets
4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil
4 (4 to 6 oz each) orange roughy, flounder or sole fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cayenne pepper
2 medium zucchini, sliced
1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
Preheat oven or grill
Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray
Center one fish fillet on each sheet of foil
Spread with mayo
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper
Top with vegetables
Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.
Bake 18-22 minutes on a cookie sheet OR grill 10-12 minutes on a covered grill
Parmigiana Chicken Packets
4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 to 1-1/4 lb.)
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 medium zucchini, sliced
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven or grill
Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray
Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of foil
Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken
Top with zucchini
Sprinkle with cheeses
Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.
Bake 20-24 minutes on cookie sheet OR grill 12-14 minutes on a covered grill
Home Style Chicken Packets

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 to 1-1/4 lb.)
Dijon mustard
Dried basil leaves
Paprika
2 mediun carrots, sliced
2 cups fresh mushroom slices
2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp margarine or butter
Preheat oven or grill
Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray
Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of foil
Spread mustard over chicken
Sprinkle with basil and paprika
Top with vegetables
Dot with margarine

Bake 20-24 minutes on cookie sheet OR grill 14-16 minutes on a covered grill
Green Bean Chicken Casserole Packets
4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 to 1-1/4 lb.)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Paprika
2 cup frozen ut green beans
2 medium red potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
2 tbsp margarine or butter
Preheat oven or grill
Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray
Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of foil
Spoon soup over chicken
Spinkle with paprika
Top with vegtables
Dot with margarine

1 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
Preheat oven or grill
Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray
Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of foil
Spoon sauce over chicken
Top with vegtables
Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.
