Tasty "wraps"

Had a gathering with munchies the other day, and there were leftovers. had a bunch of deli sliced ham and a bagfull of fresh broccoli. What to do with it?

Creativity kicked in at the grocery store and I bought a pack of large flour tortillas, and some shredded cheddar cheese. I chopped the broccoli to a uniform size, and cut the deli sliced ham to 1/4" squares. Mixed all together with salt and pepper and a toss of cajun seasoning. About 1/3 cup of that tightly wrapped burrito style then baked in a 400degree oven for 20 mins...

Talk about a TASTY wrap! I've got six left and they have been frozen and vacuum sealed. Broccoli, ham and cheddar is a taste combination that just works. Kind of like Turkey and Bacon, or Peanut Butter and Chocolate. There are things that just work together and are made for each other.

Then there are things that just don't match, like tropical fruit and tomato sauce. Pineapple is awesome, but has no business being on a pizza...
