I would like Chili's potato soup recipe
Any one have a copy of copycat recipe for Chili's restaurant potato soup? It is creamy, with shredded cheese and bacon added to top of it. I would really like to have it. Please let me know if you do. I am new to this forum. Thanks much. Carol

No, I don't know how to make chili's potato soup but I can make it creamy.
1. Make enough white sauce as you want soup
2. Take boiled potatoes and half mash them.
3. Add potatoes and whatever else you want in your soup. (onions, grated cheese, cooked bacon, celery) how much depends on your own taste.
4. I also add salt, pepper. and paprika to taste
5. let simmer until cheese is melted and other ingredients are hot but not soft.
