How to separate an egg

I can't wait to try it. Whenver I separate an egg I usualy end up with scrambled eggs.

I never had any problems with the shell half to shell half or just using my hands. Of course I haven't done it in years....since my ex lost my Moms 2 layer cheesecake recipe!!!!

I remember a little Tupperware tool (I think) that my Mom had...worked great.
