Our favorite steak marinade " 1 pkg. Lowrey's Carne Asada & 1/2 can of bear" has been discontinued, not the beer of course, and we really miss it. It made the best grilled steaks, anyone have a good New York Steak marinade? Too good to be true! 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 3 eggs, separated 1/4 cup lime juice (preferably key lime) 1 drops green food coloring Graham cracker crust 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped Combine condensed milk and beaten egg yolks. Add lime juice and food coloring and mix thoroughly. Whip egg whites and fold in. Pour into graham cracker crust in 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min only. Cool at room temperature for 30 min, then chill in refrigerator (NOT FREEZER) for 4-8 hours. Immediately before serving, top with more whipped cream (optional)
