Wilted Vegetables

I buy packaged vegetables at several grocery stores, and they seem to get spoiled in less than two days after opening them. The used by date is about a week from the day they are used. It seems to close just fine after opening them, but when I use it at the end of the same day, or the day after, they are wilted and almost spoiled. I cannot figure out why this happens, and I waste a lot of money because of this. And there are no smaller sizes for packaged vegetables. Here is the one of several packaged vegetables that I purchase from the grocery stores. See below:

How are you storing the vegetables? Mine stay fresh long beyond the "best by" date on the package. Spinach stays fresh longest but the mixes have a shorter life. I've had spinach still look good after three weeks.

Are you storing them in the fridge? We keep greens in the fridge and they usually last for a week or two.
