Angel Rolls

So light, fluffy & buttery!!!

Margarine is great, but......butter DOES give it more flavor!


Yields 36 rolls

2 pkts instant active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup milk

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 teaspoons salt

5 to 5 1/2 cups white bread flour
3 eggs beaten

Combine scalded milk, water, sugar,margarine and salt;cool to luke warm,

Stir in 2 cups flour and mix well.Add yeast and eggs ,beat well

Add remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead until it is smooth and elastic

Cover and let rise 'til double its size.

Turn dough onto lightly floured surface knead and divide into 36 1-inch balls

Cover with damp cloth and allow to rise to double the size.

Bake in preheated oven 375* for about 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown
