Spud Slices....
1 potato
1 teaspoon margarine, melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut potato into 1/4-inch slices lengthwise. In a small bowl, combine melted margarine, lemon juice, dill weed, salt and pepper. Brush the potato slices on both sides. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes; turn and bake 10 minutes longer, or until tender. Serve hot.
