Popovers

These are a great alternative to taking the time to put together biscuits!!!



1 cup milk

1 cup flour

2 eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt





Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine milk, flour, eggs, and salt. Process for 15 seconds. Half-fill greased custard cups or muffin tins. Do not preheat oven. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Popovers are done when crisp outside and moist and tender inside.
