Hot Cheese Dip with Spinach

Ingredients
1 package (10-oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 package (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon grated peeled onion
1 teaspoon brown mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
In a large bowl combine spinach, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, onion, brown mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir; microwave another 2 minutes. Stir again and microwave for 1 minute. Serve hot.
