Remove locks with no access
I just bought a new home that has a shed in the yard. It has a deadbolt and lock on the knob as well. The house came with no keys that match this and I plan on replacing those and the rest of the locks in the house with new ones so I don't care about destroying them. I can't get to the inside where there are presumably screws. Can I drill the locks out? If I just drill right through the middle of the cylinder, will the lock open? How would I retract the bolt? Any help would be appreciated!

I respectfully suggest that you call a locksmith to gain entry. I disagree with dispelling destructive entry techniques, simply because we could be teaching people how to break into locks.
That being said, drilling the locks requires pinpoint locating where to drill correctly. Just drilling a big hole will create a troublesome job and waste far too much time.
If you are trying to save a buck, call a professional. It will be cheaper.

Unless you know where & how to drill, there is great risk of damaging the bolt linkage and jamming it into the locked position, making matters worse.... call a smithy, they can usually pick open most common locks in seconds.
